Developer terms
Accounts
You sign in with a Wcart account. Listings belong to a partner organisation, which is the payee; its owners decide who else may act for it.
Review and publishing
Everything you submit is reviewed. Only a Wcart super admin can approve a listing and publish or unpublish it, and Wcart sets the price it is sold at. We may request changes, decline, or unpublish a listing that breaks these terms, harms merchants, or stops working; we will tell you why.
Dev stores
A store you designate for testing is locked to demo mode: it cannot go live or take real orders while designated. Do not designate a store you sell from.
Apps and data
Apps run on your own servers and may only use the scopes granted at review, for the store that installed them. Do not store merchant or customer data beyond what your app needs, and delete it when the app is uninstalled.
Revenue share
Wcart keeps a platform share of each sale — 20% unless your organisation has agreed a different rate — and you keep the rest. A rate change is never retrospective: every earning keeps the rate it was booked at. Refunds are deducted from future earnings.
Payouts
Earnings are held 30 days, then become available. Payouts are made manually by bank transfer, monthly, once your available balance passes the minimum; anything below it rolls forward. Each payout is recorded on your Earnings page.
These terms may change; material changes are announced before they apply.
